Terms and Conditions
1. Marketplace role
Sasta Sauda connects local buyers, individuals and vendors. We do not own, inspect, price, transport or guarantee listed goods, animals or services. The buyer and seller make their agreement directly and are responsible for checking identity, ownership, quality, legality, health, price and payment.
2. Eligibility and truthful profiles
Use the app only if you can legally enter the proposed transaction. Provide accurate name, village, mobile number and listing information. Do not impersonate another person or create misleading vendor profiles.
3. Listings and prohibited activity
Do not list stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, recalled or prohibited goods; weapons; intoxicants; protected wildlife; fraudulent financial offers; obscene content; or anything that violates law or another person’s rights. Livestock, seed, pesticide, fertilizer and agricultural-input transactions must comply with applicable licences, animal-welfare, transport and local laws.
4. Payments and meetings
Sasta Sauda does not currently collect or hold marketplace payments. Never share OTP, PIN or banking password. Inspect before paying, keep receipts and meet in a safe public place. Advance payment is at your own risk.
5. Moderation
Profiles and listings may require admin approval. We may reject, hide or delete suspicious, expired, unlawful or reported content and restrict misuse. Approval is a moderation step, not a guarantee or certification of the user, product, animal or service.
6. User content and contact
You permit us to display the photos, description, village, seller identity and contact options that you submit for marketplace operation. Upload only content you own or are allowed to use.
7. Disputes and liability
Users should first resolve transaction disputes directly and may report fraud to us and relevant authorities. To the extent permitted by law, Sasta Sauda is not responsible for loss arising from user statements, transactions, animals, products, services, meetings, transport or third-party links.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date will be shown here. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

सस्तो सौदा गांव-गाम रै खरीददार, आदमी अर दुकानदार नै मिलावै है। सामान, पशु या सेवा हमारी कोणी। जांच, भाव, ढुलाई अर गारंटी खरीददार अर बेचण वालै गी जिम्मेवारी है।
2. सही जानकारी
अपणो असली नाम, गांव, मोबाइल अर सौदे गी साची बात भरो। दूजे आदमी बणकै या झूठी दुकान बणाकै काम मत करो।
3. मना सामान
चोरी रो, नकली, गैर-कानूनी, खतरनाक सामान, हथियार, नशो, जंगली जीव, धोखाधड़ी, गंदी सामग्री या कानून तोड़ण वाली चीज मत डालो। पशु, बीज, खाद अर दवाई रो सौदो लागू कानून अर लाइसेंस हिसाब सूं करो।
4. पैसा अर मिलणो
सस्तो सौदा पैसा पकड़ै कोणी। ओटीपी, पिन या बैंक पासवर्ड कदे मत देवो। सामान जांचकै पैसा देवो, पर्ची राखो अर सुरखित जगह मिलो।
5. एडमिन जांच
प्रोफाइल अर सौदे एडमिन जांचै है। गलत, पुराणो, गैर-कानूनी या रिपोर्ट आयेल सौदो हटायो जा सकै है। मंजूरी कोई गारंटी कोणी।
6. तुमरी सामग्री
तुम जो फोटो, ब्यौरो, गांव अर संपर्क भरो, ऐप चलावण खातर उणनै दिखावण गी इजाजत देवो हो। दूजे रो फोटो बिना इजाजत मत डालो।
7. झगड़ो या नुकसान
सौदे रो झगड़ो पैली आपस में सुलझाओ अर धोखो होवै तो ऐप अर पुलिस/संबंधित विभाग नै बताओ। कानून गी हद तक, यूजर रै सौदे या बात सूं होयेल नुकसान खातर ऐप जिम्मेवार कोणी।
8. बदलाव
सेवा बदलण पर ऐ नियम भी बदल सकै हैं। नवी लागू तारीख अठै लिखी जासी। बदलाव पाछै ऐप चलावण रो मतलब नवा नियम मंजूर करणो है।
